Decade Energy B.V. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") (Johan Huizingalaan 763, 1097 DN Amsterdam, Netherlands) is the data controller for personal data processed through decade-energy.org. The Company operates an AI-powered EV fleet charging scheduler that helps logistics and delivery operators reduce electricity costs by optimizing depot charging schedules against time-of-use electricity tariffs.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the Company collects through the decade-energy.org website and, for fleet operators who use the charging scheduler platform, through the platform itself. It describes how that data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR").
