Simple pricing for every depot size

A vehicle is any battery-electric asset registered in your fleet telematics or manually added to the Decade Energy dashboard. This includes vans, trucks, and yard vehicles. Non-charging vehicles (trailers, combustion engine holdovers) do not count toward your cap. If you exceed your vehicle limit, we will alert you and give you 30 days to upgrade before any feature restrictions apply.

Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time and receive a prorated credit. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at your next renewal date. All plan changes are effective immediately for upgrades (you gain access to new features right away) and at the renewal date for downgrades.

The 14-day free trial gives you full access to the plan tier you select. No credit card is required to start. During the trial, you can connect your tariff feed, import fleet data, and run the optimizer against your actual depot. At the end of the trial period, you choose a billing plan or the account enters a read-only state until you decide.

Decade Energy communicates with any charge point that supports OCPP 1.6 or OCPP 2.0.1. This covers most commercial charger hardware sold in Europe since 2019. For proprietary charger networks with non-standard protocols, our Enterprise plan includes a custom integration engagement. If you are unsure about your existing hardware, share the charger model during your demo and we will confirm compatibility before you commit.

The Starter plan covers one depot site. The Fleet plan covers up to three depot sites under a single subscription. Each depot has its own tariff configuration, charger network, and departure schedule. If you operate more than three sites, or if your sites have materially different grid contracts, the Enterprise plan is the right fit. We can quote per-site pricing or a single consolidated contract.

No setup fee on Starter and Fleet plans. Onboarding is self-service with guided configuration steps and email support. Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding engagement at no additional charge. The onboarding covers tariff data mapping, telematics connection, charger network pairing, and an initial schedule calibration review with our team.
